Our Partner Elena Kossena participated as a panelist in the webinar “Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters: A global comparison”, held on Monday 23rd January, by Stephenson Harwood LLP and Ogier.
The panelists, legal practitioners from multiple jurisdictions, shared their insights on the law and practice of enforcement of judgments applicable in their respective countries and drew out the differences between the jurisdictions.
Elena Kossena presented the key points and current issues affecting enforcement of judgments in Greece.
