3rd National Negotiation Competition

Our partner, Elena Kossena, Lawyer and Certified Mediator, participated as a competition judge at the preliminary round of the 3rd National Negotiation Competition that was held in Athens on 17 & 18 December 2022.

The National Negotiation Competition was organized by ELSA Greece under the auspices of EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization and concerns the simulation of a negotiation process between two parties, aiming to reach a mutually beneficial agreement. The purpose of the Competition is to promote interest among law students in the field of legal negotiations, through which the participants will improve their negotiation skills and interact with experienced law professionals.
