3rd ELSA Negotiation Competition (ENC)

Our Partner Elena Kossena was invited to participate as a judge in the preliminary and final rounds of the 3d ELSA Negotiation Competition (ENC) organized by ELSA Greece. The final round took place in Athens on the 29th and 30th of April 2023. 

The ENC is a simulation of a negotiation process between two parties and is carried out with the participation of students from all three Law Schools of Greece. The aim of the Competition is to promote interest among law students in the field of legal negotiations, through which participants will improve their negotiation skills and encounter experienced professionals in the field. 

Elena is a Supreme Court lawyer and a Certified Mediator. She is very active in negotiations and alternative methods of dispute resolution and holds several certifications in the field, including the Harvard PON.
