2nd Women Forum Diversity & Inclusion

Our partner Elena Kossena, participated as a speaker in the 2nd WOMEN FORUM-Diversity & Inclusion, which was held on April 12th, 2022 by CLEON Conferences & Communications.

Elena’s speech referred to the stereotypes and challenges faced by women lawyers during their careers and ways to deal with them. Elena pointed out: “Both the legal profession and our society are changing. The legal profession in Greece is now evolving into collaborative work, which is best handled when groups are diverse. Technology and artificial intelligence are to facilitate both personal and professional lives and, additionally, more and more initiatives are taken worldwide in order to eliminate inequalities. It's up to us to meet the challenges, to implement and reward the right practices and eventually to create a better work environment for us and our daughters."
