Angeliki Kalama joined the firm in 2025 , bringing several years of experience in corporate, commercial and banking law. She advises  domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, being actively involved in M&A, corporate finance projects and legal due diligence reviews.

Her practice also includes  regulatory compliance, consumer protection and data privacy issues. Prior to joining the firm, Angeliki worked extensively  on corporate governance, intellectual property and litigation, developing a solid background across diverse areas of commercial law.
