Anastasia joined the firm in 2026 as an Associate Lawyer in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Venture Capital and Private Equity practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Anastasia gained experience across a spectrum of corporate and commercial law issues during her legal traineeship. She graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law, in 2024 and subsequently completed an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Finance and an LL.M. in Competition Law and Intangible Goods from the same institution.
Her practice is centered on advising clients on corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate and investment transactions, legal due diligence in M&As and commercial contracting.
