Anastasia Fanourgaki joined the firm in 2010 as a trainee lawyer after graduating from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She advises on Intellectual Property, Trademarks, including trademark and copyright clearance, registrations, brand protection and enforcement, as well as IP issues arising in new ventures, marketing campaigns, and product launches. Anastasia supports trademark portfolio management and prosecution, assists in IP due diligence in M&A transactions, and contributes to the drafting and review of IP-related agreements.

In addition, she has extensive experience in company law, advising businesses on a broad range of day-to-day corporate matters, including corporate structuring, shareholder relations, and general commercial issues.
