Roula Koumparouli joined our firm in 2018. Spyridoula has a wide experience in legal practice, both in consulting and litigation field. She is active in M&A, having participated in prominent M&A transactions in Greece advising international and domestic clients, including private equity funds, with respect to acquisitions in the hospitality, commercial, technology, health, food and banking sectors, focusing in complex civil and corporate matters. Roula also specializes in Employment Law. She advises on a regular basis, domestic and international clients, in all aspects of employment law, having handled a wide range of complex employment aspects of M&A transactions.
