Ship Management Dispute

We successfully represented shipowners in their dispute for multimillion claims arising from the ship management agreement. The dispute involved numerous and legal proceedings in Greece but also in other jurisdictions of various nature, including claims for damages, accounting actions, applications for enforcement of foreign judgments in Greece and ship arrests. Our team also assisted the clients on negotiations which finally led to the termination of the dispute through the execution of a settlement agreement.
