Saplegal contributes to new publication on Tax Information Exchange

Our partner Dimitra Passiou is among the contributing authors of the recently released publication «Ανταλλαγή πληροφοριών στον τομέα της φορολογίας» (Exchange of Information in Tax Matters), edited by Petros Pantazopoulos, Katerina Perrou and George Foufopoulos and published by Nomiki Bibliothiki.
 
In her chapter, “Types of Exchange of Information: Exchange upon Request, Spontaneous Exchange and Automatic Exchange,” Dimitra provides an analysis of the three key mechanisms through which tax authorities exchange information and the legal framework surrounding them.
