We are happy to share that our firm advised Εlikonos 2 SCA SICAR, EOS Hellenic Renaissance Fund SCA, Pyletech Limited and Antonis Mavridoglou in relation to their agreement for the sale of 100% of Medfrigo SA and its subsidiaries to OB Streem. Medfrigo group is a specialist in the provision of integrated services for the logistics, transportation, and distribution of temperature-controlled goods. This transaction represents a successful joint exit within only two years thanks to the groupʼs implementation of its business and investment plan under the guidance of the current shareholders.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent including receipt of regulatory approval and is expected within Q1 2026.
