Saplegal advised Costanus on the completion of the sale of a stake in AB Bank

Our firm advised Costanus Limited in relation to the completion of the sale of part of its shares in Aegean Baltic Bank S.A. (“AB Bank”) to Aegean Baltic Holding AG, a company controlled by Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis. Completion followed the execution of an agreement dated April 11, 2024, for the acquisition, by the purchaser, of majority control over AB Bank through a wider transaction which comprised, among others, such sale as well as the sale of shares of other principal shareholders in AB Bank.
