Phaistos Investment Fund launching

We have acted as legal advisors in relation to the establishment of Phaistos Investment Fund, an innovative initiative of the Greek State, aiming to contribute to the development of 5G infrastructure in Greece.

Phaistos Investment Fund is a specialized venture capital mutual fund, managed by 5G Ventures S.A. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations, Greece’s privatization fund), with strong support by the Greek government which has committed proceeds received from the auction for the use of the 5G Spectrum, as well as, other private investors. Phaistos Fund shall invest in enterprises that have activities in research and/or development of products and/or services that operate in technologies supported by 5G infrastructure in Greece.
