Greek Supreme Court Upholds Ruling in Maritime Dispute

Our firm successfully defended clients before the Greek Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) in a complex maritime and corporate dispute involving substantial shareholder compensation claims.

In Decision No. 170/2026, the Supreme Court dismissed the opposing parties’ appeal on points of law, upholding the favourable judgment of the Piraeus Court of Appeal (Decision No. 14/2024).
