Our firm advised Arion Green Felix SRL and affiliated entities in relation to a € 44,9 m Facility Agreement executed amongst said companies, Eurobank S.A. and Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg S.A., aiming to finance the above companies projects and activities in Romania. Our task involved negotiating and advising on all project finance documents. Patriciu SCA acted as Borrowers Romanian legal counsel, whereas Dentons acted as Creditors legal counsel.
