Global City Pipera acquisition

Our firm advised Arion Green Felix SRL in relation to the acquisition of a business unit which includes the 56.000 sq.m. Global City office building, located in Pipera, Bucharest, Romania. Our task involved negotiating and advising on all acquisition documents. PwC Greece and PwC Romania/D&B David and Baias acted as Purchaser’s tax and local legal counsel respectively, whereas Patriciu SCA Firm acted as Seller’s legal counsel.
