Family Business Summit - Hybrid Edition

Our partner Alexander Dovles participated as a speaker in the FAMILY BUSINESS SUMMIT - Hybrid Edition, which was held on December 8th, 2021 by CLEON Conferences & Communication. The focus of Alexander’s presentation was about the challenges arising from succession in the family business and ways to overcome them.
More particular Alexander pointed that “…seven out of ten family businesses close due to disputes related to failed succession in the ownership and/or in the management of the family business, because of conflicting interests of family members. However, a successful and undisputed succession can be designed and implemented with the aid of specialized legal and tax advice, thus ensuring the survival of the family business and of the family integrity”.
