Corporate Governance Law

We are pleased to announce the publication of Stergios Frastanlis’ contribution in the collective work “Corporate Governance Law”,  published by Nomiki Vivliothiki in Greek.

The object of the "Corporate Governance Law" project is the analysis of the provisions of Law 4706/2020 on corporate governance. Emphasis is placed on the systematic and teleological interpretation of the provisions of Law 4706/2020, always taking into account comparative legal data. For a more complete understanding of the provisions of the new law, introductory studies are listed at the beginning of the project, which analyze the new corporate governance rules in the light of EU law and financial science. The project is addressed not only to the student but also to the theoretician and the practitioner of corporate law and capital market law.
