COVID-19: Practical legal protection issues

We are pleased to announce the publication of Alexander Dovles’ contribution in the collective work “COVID-19: Practical legal protection issues”,  published by Nomiki Vivliothiki in Greek.

Alexander’s contribution focuses on legal complications in real estate lease agreements related to the Covid-19  pandemic.  More specifically, Alexander analyzes the impact of the pandemic and of the relevant lockdown measures on both commercial and residential lease agreements, he thoroughly presents the effects of the relevant Covid-19 emergency legislation and he provides an insightful analysis of the application of Greek Civil Code provisions relevant to the problem.
