1st virtual event of SDEE

Dimitra Passiou participated as a speaker at the 1st virtual event of SDEE (Association of Law Firms in Greece), held on October 23rd. This was the 1st of three virtual events in which SDEE presents to the participants the findings, developments and further proposals of SDEE committees. Dimitra participated at the panel “Law Companies as liable entities according to Laws 4557/2018 and 4714/2020. Comparative presentation. Protection of legal professional privilege”. Other panelists were Mr. Theodoros Skouzos, Mr Petros Fatouros and Mr Vassilis Oikonomidis. Dimitra’s presentation pertained to “Lawyers’ obligations for the cross-border rules to be declared according to Law 4170/2013, as amended by Law 4714/2020.”
