Investment in AIMS-TANEO Fund

We have acted as legal advisors of AIMS Development Corporation Ltd. in relation to the purchase of 50.01% of AIMS TANEO Fund. At the same time, AIMS Development Corporation Ltd. acquired 100% of the Administrator company of the above Venture Capital Fund. AIMS TANEO Fund administers € 40m and has as purpose investments in small and medium enterprises in Greece. TANEO holds the remaining 49.99% of AIMS – TANEO Fund.
