Swaplanet

We have acted as legal advisors in relation to the closing of a second funding round of Swaplanet, only 12 months after the seed capital round. The transaction was co-led by investors Zeno Capital and Genesis Ventures, with the participation of angel investors from Greece via Hellenic Business Angels Network, and others from the UK and Egypt.

Swaplanet is the first kid’s clothing swapping platform in Greece, founded in April 2021 by Sherif Barakat, Helena Stamou, and Jimmy Nicolaides. The platform has rapidly grown its client base to more than 3,500 users and growing every day.
