Investment in European Sustainable Investments Fund

We have acted as legal advisors of the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments in relation to its participation, as an institutional investor, to European Sustainable Investments Fund (Eu.S.I.F.), a fund aiming to investments in the field of renewable energy production, resource saving solutions and environmental sustainability.

This HDBI investment marks the first investment of such institutional investor in a Greek “green” Mutual Fund of Business Participations, constituting a confirmation of HDBI strong interest to support investments in the ecosystem of Greek business and the field of field of renewable energy production, resource saving solutions and environmental sustainability.
