Acquisition of Nireus S.A. and Selonda S.A. by Andromeda Group
Our firm in cooperation with Bernitsas Law Firm acted as legal advisors of AMERRA Capital Management LLC (the current owners of Andromeda Group) and Mubadala Investment Company in relation to the acquisition through an auction process held by the four Greek systemic banks, of majority stakes in two European fish farming companies: Nireus SA and Selonda SA. The transaction also included the participation of Mubadala Investment Company as a shareholder in the combined business.
