We have acted as legal advisors of South Eastern Europe Fund L.P., a private equity fund advised by Global Finance on the leveraged buyout of a 75% stake of private hospitals Euroclinic and Children Euroclinic Group from Eureko Group, one of Netherlands' leading insurance groups. HSBC acted as Mandated Lead Arranger for the loan facility of the above buyout.
