We have acted as legal advisors of South Eastern Europe Fund L.P., a private equity fund advised by Global Finance on the leveraged buyout of 75% of CHRYSI EFKAIRIA S.A. the classified ads segment of "X. K. TEGOPOULOS EDITIONS S.A.", a Greek based publishing Group. Alpha Bank acted as the Lead Arranger for the facility of the above buy out.
