Shareholders’ dispute in tourism sector

Our team successfully represented a market leading company against one of its minority shareholders in relation to a claim for annulment of a decision of the General Assembly of Shareholders. The Greek Court dismissed the action by accepting our legal argument that a condition for such order is the existence and substantiation of the legal interest of the claimant at the time of the hearing.
