Perpetual Bonds

We have successfully represented natural persons against a Greek Bank in relation to a perpetual bonds case. Respectively, the Court of Appeal of Athens ruled that the Bank did not provide full and clear information in relation to the features and risks of the perpetual bonds the plaintiffs invested to and ordered that the Bank pays to the plaintiffs the capital amount lost due to such investment.
