We have been engaged by Expertise France and have acted as legal advisors of the Greek State in relation to the preparation of L. 4389/2006 for the establishment of the «Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations», («H.C.A.P.»). HCAP is the entity which will manage and monetize the most important assets of the Greek State through its wholly owned subsidiaries (currently the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (“HFSF”), the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (“HDRADF”), the Public Properties Company (“ETAD”) and the newly established Public Participation Fund)
