CNL Capital listing

We have acted as legal advisors in relation tο the listing of CNL CAPITAL in the main market Athens Exchange, being the first listing of a Greek venture capital company. CNL CAPITAL, was founded in 2014 in the form of an «ΕΚΕΣ» of L. 2367/1995, an investor friendly scheme provided by the Greek legislation. It provides short term funding to Greek SMEs by investing in their corporate bond issues and has already invested in 32 collateralised bond issues supporting more than 20 SMEs from various sectors of the Greek economy.
