CAREER SUMMARY
Chryssa Chatzisoglou joined the Firm in 2023. She acts for clients in all aspects of dispute resolution including pre-dispute counseling, arbitration and litigation. Her primary practice areas include high-stakes business and civil litigation as well as enforcement matters, including tort claims, shareholder and joint venture disputes, across a range of industries, such as automobile, hospitality, construction, transportation, retail and shipping. Additionally, Chryssa represents clients in disputes relating to complex commercial contracts, agency - distribution agreements, supply of goods and services, corporate governance, directors’ liability, and advises on all issues arising from termination of contractual relationships.
Chryssa has experience both in private practice (top-tier law firms in Greece) and in-house (in Switzerland). Prior to joining the Firm, she was based in Geneva, where she worked as in-house litigation counsel in an international shipping company. As in-house counsel, she has been involved with uninsured claims worldwide, litigation cases in various jurisdictions including United States courts, arbitration under different institutional rules, class actions and government investigations such as cartel investigations by the US Department of Justice and the European Commission.
