Litigation regarding the translation of F. Dostoyevsky’s novels

We have successfully represented Ms. Eleni Bakopoulou, a translator of F. Dostoyevsky’s novels, against Indiktos publishing house, in relation to the unauthorized publication of her work. Respectively, the Greek Courts issued an interim measures award, ordering the seizure of all books that have been republished without authorization, prohibiting  any future reprint, publication, sale or distribution and imposing a penalty to the defendants.
