CAREER SUMMARY

Stathis graduated from the Athens Law School (UoA) and joined the Firm in July 2023 as a trainee lawyer. During his traineeship he was involved in various litigation proceedings as well as in the preparation of due diligence reports. He obtained an LL.M. in Corporate Law and Finance from the same university in November 2024. Following the completion of his postgraduate studies, he was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in October 2025. He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and finance matters, with active involvement in M&A transactions, corporate finance projects and legal due diligence reports.
